Our Group began in February 2017 and rebranded itself as the Whittlesey Wordsmiths on publishing our first anthology, Where the Wild Winds Blow - a title that reflects our area of Fenland. Sales passed eighty in the first month, prompting a second print run.
Our second collection, A Following Wind, was published in December 2019. Both titles are available from Amazon and at monthly meetings, as are books published independently by group members. Details of these can be found on the page listing our writing.
Two further volumes of Christmas stories, poems and memories were published in time for Christmas 2021, Windy Christmas and Jingle Bells and Tinsel Tales followed by another general anthology Three Sheets to the Wind the following year, and Dead End Tales for October 2023.
