This group is for members seeking companions for an event or activity they would be reluctant to attend alone.
These might be theatre trips, local shows, sporting events, museums, restaurants... the list is endless.
A member seeking company for an activity emails Brian (Go 2 Group Leader) who will circulate details of the event to group members. Those interested then contact the suggesting member to make it happen.
The initiator's contact details will need to be shared within the group to enable organisation of the event.
So far we have been eating our way around the world; the list includes Chinese, Indian, Turkish, American, Scottish, English, Greek, Polish, Lithuanian, Mexican, Thai, Nepalese, Portugese, French, and Caribbean. Trips out have included speedway, cricket, and several theatre trips. Group activities have included attendance at local quiz nights.
