This group will meet together with The Ukulele Group. The Ukulele Group will meet as normal and do exactly what they do now (play their instrument and sing along to the music if they want to).

The New Singing group will meet at the same time with this group and can sing along to the music. They can also play instruments if they have them but singing is just fine.

The music is usually from shows and well known songs.

Words and musical sheets will be provided and you will need to provide a folder or binder to hold your sheets of paper in.

Don’t worry to much about this go along to your first meeting and all will become clear.

The meeting it self is free although the rules are you must buy a drink as we are getting the use of the premises for free and Sharron always provides room for us.

All u3a groups that meet there must do this.

There will be a small cost for printing the words to songs and sheet music if you need them.

This is a group for fun for playing instruments and having a good sing along and laughter.

Any one who can play an instrument is also welcome if you have any instrument that is hidden away and not used dust it off and come along and join in.

Peter and Laraine will help you get to grips with playing your instrument again no matter how rusty you are.

Instruments such as Bass - Snare Drum- any type of Guitar in fact any thing that you can make music on. Any thing you can bang or shake or play. Come along and give it a go.

It would be great to see some of you there. I have a list of some of the songs you will sing they include Sloop John B. That will be the day. I’m a believer. On the sunny side of the street and lots more that you will know.
